I believe currently FL schools can receive state funding to build...


...athletic facilities at state schools. That makes them different from Virginia schools. Guess they feel they're currently "flush with cash" enough to leave that behind.

But on the other hand, does that mean their boosters can be more open about paying "student athletes?"
